After completing a 32,500 gsf project with C&B Piping, a full-service manufacturing supplier of ductile iron piping systems, Butler & Company was hired for a second project. The 106,000 gsf expansion of the primary manufacturing facility and additional paint shop will house up to four 20-ton cranes and enhance the fabrication, welding, sand-blasting, and painting operations to increase capacity and efficiency. The new structure also includes accessory administration space in addition to loading and shipping areas.
